I'm sitting here drinking an incredibly yummy smoothie, wow, my taste-buds are doing such a happy dance right now! I foolishly waited almost 4 hours after getting up to have it ready...(had to stick in the freezer for awhile, no frozen blueberries right now! & with so many greens in it, i NEED it to be cold!!!)
I'm going to start using fitday again, too...starting now...so, here goes...
Smoothie:
3 small banana's
2 cups parsley
half a head of lettuce
2 apples
1 lemon
less than 1 cup of almond milk
15 grams of flax seeds
667 calories, 11 grams of fat. (So far, though it's likely not quite that many calories, there were actually 4 bananas, but Hannah had a big (tall!) mug of smoothie, too! I'll add whatever else i eat at the end of the day!)
I'm back to realizing the value in planning my meals somewhat...it greatly reduces me thinking about food...i have a big salad planned for dinner, & before that, a grapefruit or 2, (Yum! Sweet, pink, organic!) & maybe some herbal tea.
I feel sooooo much stronger & committed than i have in ages...Shannon & Valerie are both greatly inspiring me, & reading some other blogs & sites are really helping me get & STAY focussed on why I'm doing this, & how worth it i know it will be, to get to the other side of this mountain...
Valerie's total honesty on her Blog has inspired me to get my FULL-BODY before pics posted, as well as put a weight ticker at the top of my page...as soon as i have time! Off to go do something for exercise!
{Later}
Ok, so much for the best-laid plans! We had veggies & dip, & i had some sunflower seeds, no salad, no tea, no grapefruits...those'll be for tomorrow, i guess!
My totals for the day came to 1279 calories, & WAAAAAY too much fat, (too many sunflower seeds, won't do that again!)

Hi there Anastazia,
It was scary to post the photos on my blog. Right now I’m not moderating my comments and I had thought perhaps I should in case I got some nasty remarks. Then I decided no, I can handle any reaction and if nasty remarks appear I’m going to leave them for everyone to see.

Wow, i never even thougyht of that, that people's prejudiceness might extend to blogging, i was more concerned with certain family members & friends (especially ones i haven't seen in awhile!) seeing how i look now, & what i weigh! But i decided that i just won't send them the link to my blog...though a few of them have the homeschooling one, & they can get to it through there! *sigh*...but oh, well, i ain't letting things like that hinder me anymore, no matter how hard it is at first!
& of coruse, their nasty remarks would say far more about them than us...

...oops, is there a way to edit our comments? i meant that i won't send them the link to my blog YET...(until i've experienced some victories!) & also, i was referring to the nasty comments from strangers...not my friends & family! Lol!
