Hold the porkchops, of course! I remember when i found out that all pork has to be fully cooked or the little white worms that are in all pork will survive the cooking process, & will take up residence in your body...ewww!!! & if that isn't bad enough, pork brings about the same changes in your blood, they've discovered, that happen when you have cancer~
~Ok, enough about that! I was just finally taking a minute to sit down & have a bowl of homemade raw delicious applesauce (yes, i made it with red & green apples!)
it wasn't thick enough, added too much water, so i added some flax seeds, thicked it right up! That's all so far today, (I did have a big salad last night, finally got hungry!)
I'll do fitday later, when I'm done for the day. Planning another big salad, (though that's about all the produce there is left! If the furniature doesn't get purchased soon, i guess it'll be time to fast...)
The woman inquiring yesterday has committed to taking the diapers, but isn't sending the money until the 20th...(thanks for your prayers!) I've decided that, with some of it, I'm going to place our first order with the organic co-op I just joined! I'm getting my kitchen 100% raw ASAP!
Gotta go, a million things going on...on little sleep again....dumb cat...GOTTA get her fixed!!! Another 5 hours sleep last night...feel like I'm swimming in mud...it's catchin' up to me...

Flax is a great thickener. I add it to smoothies but only if I’m gonna drink them right away because the longer it sits in the fridge the thicker the flax will make it until you end up with a green smoothie pudding…which doesn’t appeal to me personally. (Smile)

Yea, I learned THAT the hard way! Smoothie pudding...gulp!
