~Another day of blessings~

Well, though it's been another scorcher, it's been a good day...though I didn't stay 100% raw. (I have lost 3 more pounds, though!)
I got a little more done today than the last few days, (though it was still 37+ degrees!) & my friends from Vancouver want to buy me an air conditioner! There are some little ones on sale, & a friends husband from church used to install them for a living, so it looks like I even have help getting it set up! I know if I'm gonig to get anything accomplished (especially with my health, & exercise!) this is what's needed.
I could {almost} handle the heat before, but at this weight, & with how little sleep I'm getting, it affects me now so much more. With MS, it's recommended that you avoid sauna's, hot tubs, heat of any kind.
These friends were quite supportive of my decision to not do further testing, or do the standard (toxic) treatments for MS, & to focus on natural methods of healing, & this is their way of supporting me in that, & in getting better fast. It really, really blessed me.
Shannon has been praying for me to get an air conditioner somehow, & God has answered her prayers so fast!
