Applesauce, Anyone?

Wow, i just made the BEST blender applesauce I ever tasted! It just keeps gettin' better every time! C'mon over & have some! If you're too far, this is how i made it...
Lotsa apples, some cinnamon, a wee bit of ginger, some real vanilla, & however much water ya figure it needs, then get it REAL cold, & chow down! It's a meal, it's so filling!
I also made a blender full of grapefruit lemonaide, it smells incredible, but I'm waiting for it to get real cold to drink it later, & maybe some for breakfast tomorrow, if Hannah doesn't guzzle it down!
My brother dropped a bunch of stuff of from my Aunt he was just visiting, & now my living room is overflowing with boxes! I have no room to exercise! & my body seems to be craving it today (Better than craving chocolate, right?) So now I've got a bunch of work & organizing to do...*sigh*...
...finally got a better sleep last night, it cooled off a bit, & Hannah let me sleep in. It's amazing what a difference it makes to sleep enough, & have it be restorative! Wish I could EVERY night! Hopefully that'll be reality soon!
E-mailed my mom about the possibility of my having MS, shared with her my confidence that I can stop or at least majorly slow it down...she was not supportive, & was encouraging me to go get ALL the tests done now, before it's too difficult, & to be open to all the (toxic) meds that she herself takes.
I haven't written back yet, but it really saddened me. She has a big organic garden, they use herbs, they know the truth, but when it came to her MS, when I tried to share nutritional & other ways of stopping it's progression, her response was, "If I can't even go to a friends house for tea & have a cookie I'm offered, that's not living..."
Live to eat, not eat to live, lived out to it's predictable consequences.
She's now in a wheelchair & can't do anything without help. I read in my research that only 25% of MS patients end up in a wheelchair. Nutrition & healthy living HAVE to have SOMETHING to do with that! I'm trying to gather all the MS healing testimonies I can find, if anyone has any, please send them to me! ( stazia@telus.net )
My sister told me once she tried for years to get her to go out for a little walk, get some sunshine & never could.{ I have no memories of her ever exercising, though she fed us healthier than they typical SAD diet, though still fairly SAD.} Lack of vitamin D (sunshine!) is connected to MS, as well as numerous other diseases. All the skin cancer scares keeps people from getting a healthy amount, & then they suffer for it. I'm trying now to get out every day for at least 20 minutes, exposing as much skin as i can without blushing!
Does anyone know how long Vitamin D stores in the body?
Off to work on my living room, & then finally exercise! & maybe get a quick massage from Hannah with the thumper!
Stay Raw, Ya'll, Eh?
{Oops, there's my Texas-Canadian accent again!}

First of all, AWESOME on the 28 pounds lost so far!

On your Vitamin D question, I know you can store up Vitamin D for future use (I believe it's fat soluble). Don't know how long it lasts. I think it depends on a lot of factors. Try to get as much as you can up there. LOL!

Thanks, Marjorie~
It's actually pretty sunny here in the winter, too, but it takes a lot longer to get the Vit D then, & it's COLD to be out & have your skin exposed! I still do it, though!
