...I'm also going to plan & commit to getting more active, to begin re-gaining my mobility & strength! I lent Shannon my physio ball because I haven't been using it, (& she needed it) because i STILL haven't finished setting up my exercise area, & have no room to use it...so I'm goona do something that'll spur me on! I'm going to take a picture, right now, of my exercise area, & post it...then commit to having it cleared & set up for daily use by Monday morning! So, here ya go...

...there's a stepper, a treadmill, a rebounder mini trampoline, hand weights, & a few other exercise things in there! Honest! {As well as batting for quilts, a sewing pile, a box of videos & cassettes to go, & a bunch of other junk bunnies that multiply when I'm not lookin'! Why is it piles of stuff keep growing??? It's like they invite you to leave stuff there, instead of putting things away!!!} Well, I'm off to get started on it now...& I'm going to lay everything out for making smoothies for us for breakfast! Because I know success with this will continue when I plan ahead, prepare, & pray! {& persevere, day by day!} prepare , plan, & pray!

I think maybe i was a little too hopeful, it's about HALF done, though! & today, I'm back at it!!!
