I'm getting worse by the day, for many reasons...I haven't been fully raw, which is, i suspect, probably the biggest reason...my legs & joints burn whenever i attempt to use them, have to hold onto things when i walk...am barely on my feet lately...
...I've hardly been sleeping, the last few days, Hannah's beloved kitty of 3 years, Mittens, has been getting sicker & sicker, & finally died, she ate some dental floss that was only coming out a little at a time, & also ate many pouches over the last few months of the catfood that have been pulled off the shelf~
It's time to get 100% serious again about EVERYTHING, especially exercise, & streeeeeetching...& of course, not letting stress influence me in breaking raw!!! I'm also praying for a new bed, I'm in pain all night, tossing & turning, feeling like I'm sleeping on a big slab of marble...
I foolishly took some muscle relaxants, thinking it would help me sleep, & ease this growing pain...never again, (I promise, Shannon!) I've had a headache & dry mouth days after the last one i took! Drinking water non-stop, still major dry mouth, & retaining water like never before...
I'm praying for a ride to go get groceries, pretty much out of produce except apples, if you're a prayer, please pray for this for me, too! There's no way i could walk, even to the bus stop, & can't afford a cab there & back...
{...think i can have a little cheeze with my whine??? How 'bout if it's raw???}
I think i need to go to bed now, even though it's waaaaaaay before my usual bedtime~

I’m so sorry about your kitty. I lost my dear kitty of 17 years a while back and it was much more difficult then I had anticipated. When I was attending my treatment study at the University of Washington some years back they instructed us to rest if we were having a fibro flare up. Then depending on how long it lasted we would gradually build back up to our prior exercise level. So based on that, I’d say if you are in the throws of a full blown fibro flare up, this is not the time to start exercising. Rather, you need to rest and take it easy until the flare up passes. Then start your new exercise routine. Great photos. Hannah is a little cutie pie. Speedy recovery to you Anastazia.

Thanks for your condolances...she's being heavily mourned, & is very missed. Hannah's having a really hard time.
(Yup, I think she's is a cutie-pie, too!)
Resting helped a lot, & the more smoothies i drink, the better i feel!
Thanks for visiting, been enjoying reading your blog, just no time lately to comment! So little time online...& having a bit of a comuter glitch...oops, i mean a comPuter glitch! (Although the other one kinda applies, too!)
