~Watermelon for breakfast~

YUM! it was sooooooo good, & there's still half a melon left, for later today! (It's getting hot in here, so don't want to leave it out too long, & read recently that watermelon loses most of it's nutrition when refridgerated...of course, being cut open & not finished, it'll lose some, too...
It was amazed to eat my fill of it, drink a big glass of it's juice, then realize that for many hours afterwards, I had absalutely no thirst...i felt soooooo hydrated!
I ended up having to walk (with breaks as needed, of course) yesterday for about 2 hours, it actually felt really good, but by the time i got home, all my muscles had locked up, & i could hardly sleep, & can barely be on my feet today...I've had 2 hot baths sinse then, & need another...trying to avoid painkillers, makes my liver hurt...the baths only takes the edge off the pain for a few hours...
I'm down 2 pounds so far. Was hoping for more...still feel bloated, & still have edema, & am clearly retaining lots of water still...just read in reader's digest that being dehydrated can lead to retaining up to 15 lbs of water! {I struggle with remembering to drink, then, when thirst hits me, not wanting to drink too much at night, so i don't have inturrupted sleep, i get such poor quality sleep as it is...}
I'm sooo eager to get moved & start my daily walking program, & set regular goals again. It's total, exhausting chaos here right now, it's all i can do to get through the days! I'd post pictures, but it's not working, & no time to figure it out...
It's raining right now, & smells so wonderful, envigorating, inviting... Hannah's like me, loves it so much she begged to go out & play in it awhile...(so much for her packing for awhile!) I'd love to, too, but have to keep working, I'm starting to worry I'll never be done in time, there's still so much to do! So here i go, back to it! 5 more days! AUGH!!!

Hey, it's wonderful to see you posting more regularily again. Rain...ahh, I know what you mean. It smells incredible, doesn't it and feels so good after a hot day.

I had to go and buy some new windshield wipers today and the guy installed them in a downpour. Nice guy. Take care, see ya soon I hope, but no promises.

Ha, that reminds me of when i was driving back from Texas with Hannah, 6 months old, through a MAJOR downpour sotrm! My windshield broke, (on the driver's side!) nowhere to pull over, had to drive over an hour barely seeing the road! When i got to a gas station, finally, the guy who was going to replace it started laughing...the last gas station attendant who cleaned my window had flipped it over backwards...I'd almost ruined it, using it that way, but it survived! NOT funny!
That guy was nice to fix it in the rain for you!
Hope we see ya soon, too! When ya come, tell me what i need so you can help me make some Vegitini afraid-o!
