Lemons for Breki Today!

Today's weight:381~ Highest weight 398~
...17 lbs down, {3 sinse re-committing }...
I've been blowing my nose frequently, feel like my body's been on the verge of returning to full-blown seasonal allergies (had them severely living in Vancouver, only some sinse moving, but it's been 3 years, & I've read that that's when ones in a new location kick in...) so I've had 3 big glasses of lemon water for breakfast, & it's already helping break up the mucus, & of course the vit c helps the immune system...
Then, i have what's left of yesterday's watermeon in my blender in the fridge, waiting for me to add some blueberries, more lemon, maybe a few oranges, & some greens for our mid-day smoothie~
I could eat & drink watermelon all day! wish I'd bought more than one! It'll be so nice to live within walking distance to the grocery store, so i can go get fresh produce on a more regular basis! Just read a blog of a lady who did a day of watermelon only, & it made me CRAVE it!!!
My legs are still sore & tight from the walking i did, but I'm pushing myself to stretch each time i get up, & be on my feet more, & to get up more often...I've been having Hannah bring me things to pack sometimes, but am going to push harder & do more each day, we're runnin' outa time!
Down another pound, having some IBS stuff goin' on, nothing too bad, some times of pain & cramping that take my breath away for a few minutes, like a really bad charley horse under my ribs, on both sides, (thankfully not both at once!), but as I'm getting in more water, & staying raw, it's less than it was a week ago...can't wait till it dissapears again, like it did when i was raw about 30 days early last year...(was it really that long ago???)
I love summer! Except for having to be out walking in this Texas-like heat, of course! but i love getting sun on my face & body, & the way it warms me to the core, it's so envigorating! I hope by next year i can handle the heat a lot better than i can at this point!
Off to make the yummy smoothie now, then back to packin'!
