I can't seem to sleep enough at night, i wake up in pain, but can't get back to sleep....so I've been letting myself nap as needed, & it's slowly but surely getting me back to normal, to not push myself, to rest when my body tells me to, & to let my self-imposed deadlines go~
Church today was wonderful, hadn't been hardly at all in a month! Special missionary visiting/preaching, he & his family are off to Asia soon~ Their love for the people there was so tangible, so awesome to see, clearly God's love in them~ made me remember my longing to go to Africa one day, that my health has kept me from being able to seriously consider, though I've felt called for many, many years~
Stayed for lunch afterwards, lovely salads, fruit, etc., & our friends are leaving town for a month, so gave me a bag of greens, rhubarb, salad, &almond butter (for Hannah)...it was a nice blessing! I didn't stay 100% raw, but much closer than the LAST luncheon! So, perfect I'm not, but improving, i definately am!
2 am, finally ready for bed, livingroom's almost cleared, so i can get on the floor, stretch, & use the physioball again~
...Hope you're doing RAWsome!

A trip to Africa sounds like a great goal. I want to hike around Mount Rainer when I get fit.
VW
Wow, that sounds nice! I used to love to go hiking, we have some nice hills & mountains Around here, & I hope to be able to go explore them with Hannah in the years to come!
Africa has been calling me for many, many years...
