*SIGH* {Wish I hadn't just weighed in...}

I just weighed in...just a few weeks of my stopping the battle, & I've re-gained all i lost, almost...I'm back up to 389!!!
Yes my highest was 395.....but just awhile ago, I was under 370!!!!!!!! 20 pounds back on, just like that! I never yo-yo'd at all until I started working on going raw...i know it's very hard on my body, so it HAS to stop! Time to re-commit to consistancy!
It's so discouraging that it comes back on so fast, but i can't let that discouragement keep me from getting back on course!!!
So here i go AGAIN, & I'm going to push myself on exercise, as well, because i know that's been what's assisted the pounds in returning so fast, as much as what I've been eating (& not eating!)
I've slown down a lot again, sitting too much, not outside enough...partly cuz the heat's so hard to handle, partly cuz i have so few clothes that fit, i don't want to get all sweaty, partly cuz i haven't wanted to get too far from home (IBS acting up again, of course!) & of course partly cuz if laziness. *Blush*
But i know that getting sun (Vit D) is crucial in fighting MS (& other things, like cancer) & i need to get some stored up before the winter months!
So I'm sitting here doing oil-pulling again, stopped doing that, too...must be real toxic, cuz it's making me queasy, & never did before!
Hope you all move in the direction of health today, & find ways to shine the light you've been given to those still in the darkness~
