My living Room is a GYM!

....& I'm lovin' it! (Better than McDeath's!...Get it...I'm lovin' it???!!!) I reorganized everything, & finally have all my exercise stuff easily accessible...I've been working out sporatically, but now am committed to working out daily, through the day...it was hard to throw out my comfuy rocking chair, but I'm glad I did it, to have room for the stepper, etc.
Something is going on with my tummy today, it's hurtin' somethin' awful, & I can't eat, feels like there's a big rock in it, & it's churning...I'll try a smoothie later, & have some watermelon left...i plan on just eating really, really lightly.
I'm ready to be 100% again...my body seems to be crying out for it...I didn't go to a picnic today, to avoid junk food, knowing my level of self-control is minimal right now, until I get past the cravings again, & detox....{after Hannah left for the picnic, I realized my tummy was hurting, so i was glad i didn't go.}
I'm grieved that this summer has mostly been spent inside. I had high hopes that we'd be able to get out more, & that I could handle the heat better this year than previous years, but it was harder! It's so sad to have to send Hannah off to do fun summer things & have to stay in, for numerous reasons {all health related, of course!}....it's time to turn things around!
God's been giving me the key to get free, & has been showing me some painful truths about my life that have opened my eyes...I'll write it out later, but right now, I need to go lay down to keep from throwing up!
