This exhausting week has flown by, again, with only some things on my goal list being accomplished, but I have let go of 2 more lbs...*grin*...
I'm sooooo tired of being tired! It's so hard to stay motivated to exercise when i can barely keep awake! I've been mainly focussing on stretching, hand weights, & trying to be on my feet more, haven't used my exercise equipment much...As soon as I'm on a morning schedule, where i wake up naturally when I need to, & no longer need naps, then I'll be diving into the Biggest Loser plan, full steam ahead!
There are so many things I need to do before my friends come visit for Thanksgiving next week! I haven't seen them in almost 4 years, part of me is so excited, another, embarrassed at how I look, & how much my health has gone downhill sinse then.
I'm supposed to be taking them out to explore the town, they're praying about moving here, but I can't see how I'm going to spend even a day bussing & walking, with how I feel lately, & how long activities like that take me to recover from~
If I can get some sleep this weekend, I may fast for a few days, it's always so envigorating, & makes a big difference, quickly~(I just can't do it when I'm exhausticated!)
Stay healthy, y'all! & remember to drink lotsa water, I just heard Dr. Oz say that those who drink at least 5 glasses a day cut their risk of heart disease by 50%! (& of course, the more we weigh, the more we need!)
Dehydration causes so many more problems than we know! yes, there's lotsa water in produce, but we still need to drink pure water!
