~Raw Solutions~

I'm amazed at how what we eat affects so many different aspects of our lives...one of the things about eating this way I'm really noticing this time is how it changes your relationship with food.
It's been a few years sinse I've been eating for comfort so it's not like I'm struggling with that anymore, but I'm noticing that when I eat, I feel calmer...& when I have too much on my mind, I have no appetite, or, even if I'm hungry, I don't feel like eating. It's really curbed the tendancy to overeat, & I'm finally getting used to not having the stuffed feeling after eating a raw meal that SAD food brings.
I haven't been exercising much, & am feeling the difference, & miss the way I was feeling when I was, so today, I'm back to it.
Finally weighed in today...I'm at 379 today {last weigh-in, I was 382...over a WEEK ago!}...*sigh*...dumb cooked food...SOOOO NOT WORTH IT!!!...as soon as I ate it (a few meals over a day & a half) I know I put some weight back on, & that it stopped the pounds from coming off...it's starting to come off slooowly now...but I know what I need to do to speed it up again!
So here I go, back at it, never giving up, one day at a time, sweet Jesus! {Don't know how folks do this WITHOUT Him!?!?!!! He gives me strength {& many other things!} through all of this to persevere, & overcome!}
I'm totally back on track with focussing on HEALTH in every area again, {even though I have cold symptoms coming up today, & really just wanna go back to bed!}

I'm off to make an orange/grapefruit/berry/banana smoothie (with some greens thrown in, too, of course!)Then some exercise throughout the day, & hopefully even a little walk!
Stay raw, get healthy!
Remember, every day, we're either building up our health, or tearing it down...what are you choosing today?
